Mobile 2 Channel Diversity Video Link

19” case diversity receiver

Linking video images from airborne cameras to a mobile receiver is now simply achieved by the Navtech Systems COFDM digital video link system. Using the latest digital video techniques the images are transmitted to the mobile receiver for use as required.

Standard format PAL or NTSC video signals from airborne cameras may be received in excess of 50 Km. The receiver utilises two channel maximal ratio combining diversity techniques to enhance signal reception from direct and multipath signals.

Installation of the receiver at the base of the antenna support is straightforward with the two antennas mounted using the brackets provided. Power for the 19” 2U receiver is from the vehicles 12 or 24 V dc or ac mains supply. The video and audio distribution is by conventional techniques ensuring simplicity of operation.
