Video text
A self-contained video on-screen display generator to overlay preloaded text information on to a standard video image. In the absence of a video input the OSD generates a standard PAL (or NTSC) composite sync signal. Pre-programmed text is stored in a non-volatile memory providing for a simple video information display
By using a simple external keyboard to input user defined text the OSD content is inserted onto the entire screen in a choice of easy to read characters.
VideoText & VideoType displays up to 16 rows of 30 characters overlaid as text on a standard video screen. By connecting a video signal from an external source – camera, TV signal etc., to the input text may be inserted for recording or display purposes - as above illustration
