Instantly deployable Heli-Tele Down-Link receiver, as used by:-

A self-contained, 2 channel diversity COFDM digital microwave receiver and monitor. Suitable for digital Heli-Tele down links or terrestrial non line-of-sight links. The multi-channel receiver is programmed for the frequency band used for covert surveillance and special operations links.

The integrated high brightness TFT monitor will display the received video images in full colour. An auxiliary output enables external video monitors to be simultaneously viewed at any location. Optional video decryption is offered for authorised users. Powered by an internal, high capacity battery or direct from a 12 Volt vehicle supply, operation is suitable for mobile applications where the receiver unit is installed in a command or surveillance vehicle. The unit may also be operated from an external universal ac mains power supply.

The high gain (4dBi), mag-mount or directly connected antennas enable the down linked signals to be received out to approx’ 10 miles (line of sight) from airborne transmissions.
