GPS Compass NTS-HX200 series

The Navtech NTS-HX200 GPS Compass series provides for high accuracy TRUE heading from the GPS satellites using two remotely sited antennae.

By using high precision differential carrier phase measurements heading accuracies to better than 0.5 degrees RMS can be achieved. Accuracy increases with antenna separation distance (which can be from 0.4 to 10.0m).

For dynamic applications tilt and turn rate sensing (gyro) aiding is included, configured by user commands. This provides high accuracy pitch, roll and yaw measurements for a fully comprehensive attitude sensor.

A robust and comprehensive user interface with an isolated dc/dc power converter, RF signal path processing and dual port serial drivers provides for a versatile heading sensor for a variety of applications that is not affected by magnetic deviation influences or variation offsets. Options are available for RS-485 and Ethernet in addition to RS-232 and for environmental ratings to IP66.

Filtered and current limited power is provided for the active GPS antennas.
